Lisa founded Scout Recruiting Group in 2010 with an exclusive focus in the accounting and finance space. 

Outside of work, Lisa is an avid hiker and book reader, enjoys spending time with friends, family and two rescue dogs as well as traveling and exploring new restaurants. 

Lisa is a native of Phoenix (and current resident) and loves the warm weather, saguaro cacti and amazing sunsets. Having lived previously in Atlanta and outside of Manhattan, Lisa loves big city life and has her sights set on Los Angeles next. 

A proud Sun Devil, Lisa received bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Arizona State University.
